Are you unsure of which bulb to choose to replace your current incandescant light bulbs. You are welcome to email us at info@avocalite.com with any current bulbs that you want to change and we will be able to suggest a replacement bulb for you. Please remember to include the current dimensions of your bulb or measurements of any light fittings/shades that will house the light bulb. It is important that you get the right kind of light i.e. you may need a brighter light bulb if you have a thick canvas light shade to allow the light to filter through the canvas. Or you may need a slightly shorter bulb to accommodate a smaller light fitting.

Defective or Damaged Items: If items received are found to be deffective or damaged, Avocalite will replace these items free of charge, including postage and packaging charges, if we are informed within 28 days. Avocalite will guarentee all energy saving bulbs from 1 year from the date of purchase
Incorrectly Ordered Items: If items received are found to be unsuitable for their intended use as a result of an order error (IE: You made a error in your selection of cap type or globe size or illumination strength), Avocalite will galdely exchange these goods free of charge (to the same value) excluding postage and packaging charges.
Incorrect Items Received: If items received are found to be different to the items ordered, Avocalite will exchange the items free of charge including the costs of postage and packaging to receive back items and to resend the corrected order.
Unsuitable Items: If items received are unsuitable for their intended use because our product information was unclear and/or incorrect, Avocalite will refund in full on receipt of the returned items, including postage and packaging.
Please note that all retailers selling CFL bulbs will take back any used CFL bulbs that you have purchased from them. Due to postage costs however you may wish to dispose of these bulbs at your local recycling centre in the correct bin marked CFL light bulbs.
